The Dental Assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish will also provide the necessary interpreting between the patient and the Dentist and/or dental staff member in order to establish comprehension of all necessary information.
The Dental Assistant provides direct assistance for all treatment provided by the Dentist and will also provide direct patient care under the direct supervision of the dentist.
The purpose and responsibility of this position is to plan, supervise, coordinate, and provide follow-up in the Martin County Health Department Child Health Clinic, Lead Immunization Nurse across the three county districts.
